Quick Pickled Onion
QUICK PICKLED ONION

This recipe is great as a salad topper, added to sandwiches or charcuterie boards and utilizes one of our latest curated selections
You Will Need:
-1 Medium red onion sliced
-1/2 tsp Sugar -1/2 tsp Sea salt
-1c Pineapple Balsamic Vinegar
-1 Dried red chili
-3-4c Boiling water
-Place sliced onions in a colander and slowly pour boiling water over onions.
-Dissolve salt & sugar in a sterile jar with vinegar.
-Add drained onions & seasonings.
-Let sit min 30 minutes and up to 1 week. The recipe is best after at least a few hours.
