This delicate and fruity Rosé White Balsamic Vinegar is made from a combination of Rosé Wine and Aged Balsamic Vinegar. The grapes are Trebbiano, White Abana, and Green Montuni grown in Modena and Emilia Romagna, Italy. As with Rosé wines, the skins and seeds are left in for a pre-determined period of time to establish this particular color and flavor profile.
Rosé Balsamic is exceptional in a Mignonette sauce for seafood such as oysters, clams, shrimp, crab and lobster. It pairs well with avocados, citrus fruits, pomegranates, pineapple and even tomatoes. This "Rosé" also makes a delightful ingredient for beverages too!
