A new varietal from Chile for us and we are proud to have it in our line-up. The Coratina is a beautiful olive oil with floral and fruity notes and a creamy mouthfeel. It has forward notes of green almond, herb and red apple. Generously drizzle on your favorite pasta dishes. Incredible on fresh fruit salads, especially watermelon. Baste on grilled fish, seafood, and vegetables. Makes a great butter replacement too.
Flavor Profile: Robust. Pungency and bitterness are extremely well balance with a peppery finish and lingering spiciness.
