Description

This is a lively robust, green-fruit extra virgin olive oil that is extracted from early harvest olives.  Its aroma is pronounced and herbaceous with hints of tomato vine, artichoke and olive leaf.  Its taste is well-balanced in bitter and spicy notes with a pleasant peppery finish.  Emerald green in color with a robust flavor, this oil is perfect for complementing complex flavored foods such as grilled meats, strong fish, squash, and hearty soups.

Uses

With a much more olive forward flavor and spicy finish, this oil is perfect for drizzling at the finish for a more intense and singular taste sensation. Generously drizzle on your favorite pasta dishes. Incredible on fresh fruit salads, especially watermelon. Baste on grilled fish, seafood, and vegetables. Makes a great butter replacement too.

Favorite Pairings: Pear Apple Balsamic, Black Cherry Balsamic, Strawberry Balsamic, Peach White Balsamic
