Delicate intensity, with herbaceous aromas of bay leaf and thyme with nutty and green tea flavors. It complements seafood, fish and vegetables.  This is an elegant oil with fragrant aromas of cinnamon.  It sparkles in the mouth with nuances of mint and green almond.


Great for all cooking but really lovely as a finishing oil.. its slight peppery finish complements seafood and poultry as well as vegetables.
Try it too in salad dressings and over pasta.
