Emerald green in color with a robust flavor, this oil is perfect for complementing complex flavored foods such as grilled meats, octopus, squash, and hearty soups. Generously drizzle on your favorite pasta dishes. Incredible on fresh fruit salads, especially watermelon. Baste on grilled fish, seafood, and vegetables. Makes a great butter replacement too.
