Earthy, and profoundly fragrant, our Prime Rib Rub is a savory seasoning blend with a little bit of sweet interplay. This blend opens with a salt-and-pepper burst that’s followed by the herbal, distinctive wave of bay leaf. Sweet, woodsy cinnamon and clove burst in with aromatic, peppery allspice and nutmeg, and then pull back and allow celery seed to impart its savory, pleasant bitterness that fades gracefully away.

As a dry rub we like to use 1 tbsp per pound of meat. As a wet rub combine 1 tbsp seasoning to ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil.
