Grown here in our own backyard, this blend of Manzanillo, Frantoio, Leccino, and Grapolo is truly a gem!  They are 100% hand picked and pressed immediately.  The Field Blend is unfiltered, fragrant and floral with hints of nuts, banana, green tea, and hay straw.  The complex flavors linger in the mouth with a long peppery finish.  A wonderful everyday cooking oil perfect for sauteed veggies, salad dressings, and bread dipping.  Try it with our Lemon or Plum Balsamic vinegar for a lovely vinaigrette or bread dipping combo.
