Rosé Balsamic Vinegar

This delicate and fruity Rosé Balsamic Vinegar is made from Trebbiano, White Abana, and Green Montuni grapes grown in Modena and Emilia Romagna, Italy. As with Rosé wines, the skins and seeds are left in for a pre-determined period of time to establish this particular color and flavor profile. Exceptional in a Mingonette sauce for seafood such as oysters, clams, shrimp, crab and lobster. Pairs well with avocados, citrus fruits, pomegranates, pineapple and even tomatoes. This "Rosé" also makes a delightful ingredient fo beverages too!
