Description

These estate olives were harvested and delivered immediately to a world-class Alpha Laval mill. Picual is the most widely planted olive in Spain and in California it is rapidly becoming known as a distinctive, nuanced oil with its classic tomato leaf aroma. This is a gentle oil with herbaceous character and tones of green almond.

Uses

Use on salads, vegetables, fish and grilled chicken. A harmonious and versatile oil, it is an ideal everyday oil, for sautéing and baking, in salad dressings and marinades, and for dipping and drizzling. Pairs well with all balsamic vinegars.
