This rub is the ideal rub for pork roasts, pulled pork, and grilled pork ribs. It also makes a great ramen broth. Seasoning pork before cooking is an essential step in bringing out its natural flavors, and can improve the taste and texture of the meat.

As a dry rub we like to use 1 tbsp per pound of meat – usually chicken, fish or pork chops. As a wet rub combine 1 tbsp seasoning to ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil.
