Leveled Up Spinach Salad
This simple remix on an old favorite using our December monthly pairing as a dressing: Cranberry Pear Balsamic Vinegar & Blood Orange Olive Oil
5 cups fresh washed spinach
1 ripe pear of any variety cubed
1/8 c dried cranberries
1/8 c candied pecans or walnuts
1/8 c fresh crumbled chèvre
finished with our
Savory Pepper & Cyprus Flake Sea Salt
or to taste
Toss and Serve
