Crafted with pears from several original turn of the century Orcas Island orchards and gently spiced with a pinch of pink peppercorn.

"Membrillo" style is a highly concentrated organic fruit puree, perfect for cheese and charcuterie pairings. 

Serving Suggestions

This simple, highly concentrated pear paste, made in the style of Spanish quince paste, is beautiful on a cheese and charcuterie plate with with blue cheese, cheddars and goat cheese.
