Imported from Modena, Italy, the home of Balsamic Vinegars, has spent 18 years in charred oak barrels, periodically topped off from barrel to barrel. The result is thick, rich, and sweet making it a perfect addition to all kinds of dishes and vinaigrettes. 


It can be used as a dressing for salads, a marinade or glaze for meats or vegetables, over your favorite fruit or ice cream. It is dense and sweet because it is aged up to 18 years. We have so many wonderful flavors, but please do not overlook this outstanding traditional's delicious!
