Description

These Lime Chicken Tacos are made with juicy chicken thighs marinated in a tangy lime marinade and cooked with a mixture of sweet corn and black beans. Served with all the toppings you love, these tasty tacos are great for Taco Tuesday! (Or any day, really.)

Preparation

Instant Pot - From Frozen

  1. Dump the meal pack contents into the Instant Pot. Sauté for 5 minutes or until you have about 1/4 cup of liquids.
  2. Cook for 12 minutes at high pressure, then allow 10 minutes for natural release.
  3. Gather taco shells, guacamole, and shredded cabbage from the mix kit.
  4. Add Instant Pot mixture into taco shells, and top with guacamole.

Instant Pot - From Thawed

  1. Thaw the meal pack overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
  2. Dump the meal pack contents into your Instant Pot. Cook for 9 minutes at high pressure, then allow 10 minutes for natural release.
  3. Gather taco shells, guacamole, and shredded cabbage from the mix kit.
  4. Add Instant Pot mixture into taco shells, and top with guacamole.

Slow Cooker

  1. Thaw the meal pack overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
  2. Dump the meal pack contents into your slow cooker.
  3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  4. Gather taco shells, guacamole, and shredded cabbage from the mix kit.
  5. Add slow cooker mixture into taco shells, and top with guacamole.
