Preparation

Pressure Cooker

• Thaw the meal pack and Mix Kit avocado overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
• Dump pack contents into Instant Pot and add 3 cups of water, mix well.
• Cook for 9 minutes at high pressure, then allow 10 minutes for natural release. The internal temp of your chicken should be 165°F.
• Shread the chicken breast and mix it back into the soup
• Dish up a serving and drizzel with mushroom and sage extra virgin olive oil on top of each bowl of soup. 

Slow Cooker

• Thaw the meal pack and Mix Kit avocado overnight or for a few hours in cold water.
• Dump pack contents into Instant Pot and add 1.5 cups of water, mix well.
• Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. The internal temp of your chicken should be 165°F.
• Shread the chicken breast and mix it back into the soup
• Dish up a serving and drizzel with mushroom and sage extra virgin olive oil on top of each bowl of soup.
