I used Blanton’s Bourbon for this refreshing summer cooler with a slight bite. A terrific accompaniment to Thai coconut curry noodle soup or cold spring rolls.
2 oz bourbon
2 Tbsp. Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Thai Chili Olive Oil
juice of ½ lime
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine all above ingredients. Shake well and strain into a highball glass with ice. Top with club soda and choose a fun garnish such as a little mandarin-jalapeno skewer, a mint sprig, or just a lime wedge.
