Fizzy Tropical Mocktail

This delicious and refreshing beverage will do more than tickle your senses! Added oil and vinegar will moisturize you internally while promoting gut health.

This recipe features our zesty Lime Fused Olive Oil and subtly spicy sweet Honey Ginger Balsamic

Makes two small tumbler cocktails or one generous portion:

1oz Honey Ginger Balsamic

1/2 oz Lime Fused Olive Oil

2oz. R.W. Knudsen Pinapple Coconut Juice

6oz Plain soda water

Shake and pour over ice, pair with a swizzle stick or paper straw to keep oil incorporated throughout your sipping experience. Enjoy!
