Spicy Island Slaw

This invigorating crunchy salad is delicious atop tacos, as part of a buddah bowl or atop your favorite bratwurst!

  • 1/4 c Thinly sliced red cabbage
  • 1/4 c Thinly sliced green cabbage
  • 1 Ripe mango diced
  • 1/2 Small red onion, pickled in a glass of water and 1 tbs Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic
  • 1 c Fresh pineapple chunks, canned as a substitute when fresh isn't available
  • 1 Medium jalapeno thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot shredded 
  • 1/8 c Fresh chopped cilantro

Toss with our delightful Tropical Salad Dressing
