Spicy Island Slaw
This invigorating crunchy salad is delicious atop tacos, as part of a buddah bowl or atop your favorite bratwurst!
- 1/4 c Thinly sliced red cabbage
- 1/4 c Thinly sliced green cabbage
- 1 Ripe mango diced
- 1/2 Small red onion, pickled in a glass of water and 1 tbs Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic
- 1 c Fresh pineapple chunks, canned as a substitute when fresh isn't available
- 1 Medium jalapeno thinly sliced
- 1 Carrot shredded
- 1/8 c Fresh chopped cilantro
