This savory mellow cocktail goes down easy leaving a spicy tingle. Tart lime, sweet mandarin and silky coconut balance the warm finish of Thai chili and fresh ginger.
4oz Filtered Sake
2oz Coconut Water with Pulp
1oz Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic Vinegar
1tsp Thai Chili Olive Oil
1tsp grated ginger
1tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
1 Thai chili (optional for heat preference)
Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice, shake vigorously for 1 minute, strain into chilled cocktail glass and add optional garnish of lime, ginger and chili.
