It was kinda by accident I put these products together during a time I’m actually in Mexico! This is a fun combo that I hope you can find a place for. The Thai Chili Olive Oil is nice and warm, with a wonderful chili flavor. To me, it isn’t a HOT oil, rather it adds a nice mild heat to stir-fried or sautéed veggies and rice. It’s great as a base for a marinade to go on the grill. Think kababs and even grilled fruits.

The Garlic Cilantro Balsamic is thick and syrupy, with a garlic-forward flavor, and a mild cilantro herbaceous end. I like to use this balsamic in sauces and soups where I want a little more depth of flavor. Or try drizzled over stuffed portobello mushrooms, asparagus, roasted green beans, broccoli or brussels sprouts! Together, they merge to create a wonderful marinade for grilled foods (which are on the horizon!!), not to mention baked dishes with your favorite protein and veggies. The combo works well with the Fajita Seasoning Blend to make juicy flavorful Mexican dishes.
