Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic Vinegar


Satsuma Mandarins have a sweet-tart flavor that chefs refer to as "honey citrus".  The juice from fresh Satsumas is infused into the white aged balsamic vinegar of Modena Italy creates a fruity, sweet and vibrant flavor.


Satsuma Mandarin Balsamic pairs great with all varietal EVOO's as well as most of our herbal selections for a delicious dressing. It's great drizzled over steamed or roasted vegetables and fruit. Grilled/roasted chicken, shrimp and seafood will get a mouth watering zing with just a splash before serving.
